Whether stitching with ocean plastics, painting coastal landscapes, or gathering for a creative beach picnic, each workshop offers a relaxed and inspiring experience connected to the ocean.
All workshops are designed for small groups and include all materials.

Creative beach picnics are organised upon request and can take place at beautiful coastal locations between Peniche and Lagoa de Óbidos, Portugal, depending on the weather and the preferences of the group. Other locations can be arranged upon request.
Embroidery with Ocean Plastics
Transform beach-found materials into meaningful textile art.
In this hands-on workshop, participants learn embroidery techniques and incorporate ocean plastics using fishing rope as thread, microplastics as beads, and plastic bottles as sequins and can incorporate other beach-found fragments into unique stitched artworks. This workshop combines creativity with sustainability and offers a new way to see the materials the ocean leaves behind.
What you'll create
You will create a small embroidered artwork (embroidery hoop or a zipper pouch) using ocean-found materials that you can take home with you.
No previous embroidery experience is required.

Ocean-Inspired Acrylic Painting
Explore the magic of the ocean through acrylic painting, where waves meet galaxies and starry skies.
In this workshop, participants will paint expressive ocean waves combined with cosmic elements such as galaxies and night skies. You will experiment with colour, texture and acrylic techniques while creating a unique seascape that blends the movement of water with the mystery of the universe.
The workshop is guided step by step in a relaxed and supportive environment, allowing everyone to explore their creativity.
What you'll create
You will create your own acrylic painting of ocean waves intertwined with galaxies or starry skies, exploring techniques to paint movement, depth and luminous colours.
Beginners are very welcome.
